Can anyone shed some light on these posted openings? Are they Senior sales roles or are they intro Account Manager roles?

No idea how ‘ecosystem’ came to dominate the job description - today’s version of ‘paradigm (shift)’? Written by an English major?

It’s for companion diagnostics to a not-yet-approved Alzheimer’s drug candidate; unlikely to ever be valued internally on par with selling the drug itself. Since the future of these jobs will be dependent on the drug, you should review the data for donanemab, or look at Aduhelm topic on Biogen site. That should tell you all you need to know.

These aren’t advanced-level positions, more like a minor notch above entry level.
To be perfectly honest, when you see a job description written like the ones for those positions, probably best to run screaming for the EXIT. Best of luck, though.
