Got a call for an interview as an Account Executive. Was doing more research online about this company, but would like to hear real feedback from those who have experience with them. Greatly appreciate the feedback!

This place is a nightmare!! There is no sales division---it is mixed up with operations. You will never get a raise, terrible healthcare, bonus is an insult (lucky if you clear $80/month) and you will never be promoted. Your boss will be a nurse that knows nothing about sales. Perfect example is Alice Schroeder, Executive Director, Patient Care, in New Jersey. She has lost so much money just from the turn around alone, has no clue about sales, incompetent on the operations side but continues to keep her job. The company has lost so much money from the employees who have left on their own or she fired after being with the company for such a short period of time. Nobody seems to notice this in corporate!?!?!? Do they think it is everybody else???? The whole company is a mess!! Spare yourself the misery!

Please do not join this "family"!!!
The company runs through reps in a fashion I have never seen before. It's correct in saying that corporate is oblivious to the atrocious managers they have in some areas. Guess the first clue should have been when told a new hire training is conducted almost once a quarter and there are usually over 25 attending.

It is Amazing how this company has any business. It is managed by nurses who do not have any formal Management or Leadership experience, many don't even have bachelor degrees which is why their business operations are a mess. While they may know how to treat a patient clinically, they know nothing about the sales process and have no appreciation for anyone. They treat their peers and employees horrible. A miserable and depressing environment that is shocking. If you join this company, you will quickly realize your mistake.

This is typical for most HH and hospice companies. If you are not a nurse you will not be in the club.
