Almost family in Florida

Examples..... Hmmm??? Management will question when numbers are down (which is normal in a sales position, so don't get me wrong). They wonder why after you have turned away every referral that's not straight Medicare, or the patients aren't the right kind (i.e every other day wound care- forget about it!), or they have found every reason under the sun not to admit the patient, but yet they offer no suggestions/direction on how to get referrals. "They should send us their Medicare bc We're senior advocates baby... Oh wait! As long as the senior doesn't have a replacement policy."
Any suggestions or plans you offer for a solution will have to be approved by corporate and if you are not a nurse, you are useless and know nothing, so don't even try. Maybe different for you though.
Good luck!

Really interested in working for Almost family in Florida and I just wanted to know if these to Bitches are still with the company....Joann Lucas and Lynn Cowdright. What a couple of miserable pieces of Shit.
