NIGHTMARE! This company is the epitome of micromanagement.... Even if it's not the direct supervisors style, it is a company culture and operations. This company has been through numerous reps, directors, clinicians and office staff in my area. Even with new, fresh, enthusiastic employees, with a passion for providing an invaluable service to the elderly and disabled community, staff burn out quick, due to the constant chaotic structure of this company. The common feeling in the company is no matter what you do, it is never good enough, even when you do exactly what corporate leadership tells you.
It could be different in your area...? Apparently in KY they have reps that have been there for years? I can't imagine...
