People first? Maybe the people that drink the Kool aide and stand around telling lionel how great he is. Good people gone, why? Because we didn't cut ties with dead weight earlier and the whole ship sank.

How about NOT wasting time and money at meetings for the KAM/HO team and then they don’t even show up? Or not having sales teams fly to meetings when we could all be remote? Or not flying a new rep to NJ to talk for 10 minutes? Or not having a 5 day NSM in the worst location and least woman friendly state?

If I have to hear any more about how much this guy loves to grill & smoke meats all weekend I am literally going to get a tub of Lionel's hair gel, slather it all over my body and lay down on an electrified railroad track. This guy is so insufferably narcissistic, toxic and insecure that he always shouts people down to "prove" he's right. If he weren't in a position of power he'd have trouble selling ice cream at the beach. What an absolute ass-clown in pointy shoes

The old saying, jealousy is flattery. So many jealous of him that they need to come post online about him. His cooking is probably excellent since you know so much about it!
 






Hoping for leadership changes in 2024. We are losing good people because of poor leadership. Others are working part time or working other jobs while the rest of us are actually working hard but managers just don’t care. How is this possible?
