So we get a Friday late afternoon email about a mandatory national conference call this Monday, Nov 14. I've talked with reps who have concern and worry over this. Just rumors at this point but the feeling by many is that NCH will be announcing a layoff, reduction in territories, realignments, whatever you want to call it. It wouldn't surprise me if they reduced the sales force as I believe they hired too many reps with the Prevacid launch. What are your thoughts?

What next? Does InVentiv replace you in another open position? Collect Unemployment?

It depends on several factors with the first being available to interview for another contract should there be one as well as a geographic fit. Secondly does your backgroud fit what the client is looking for with regrads to your experience. Unfortunatly they don't just place people due to legal issues that have occured in the past therefore you do have to interview. How many people are affected? In many cases it also depends on the amount of people let go as well as others that have been let go from other contracts and are still waiting.
 












Alright, so I need details! what is happening with this contract? Is everyone getting laid off? Why is this post so quiet? Usuallu when there is a layoff you guys are all in a dither about severence and how the company has wronged you all. What are you guys hearing and when will this be happeing?
