This blog is no longer relevant. The layoffs are over, the new management is better than the old management and Zeus is on track to take over the industry. Goals and objectives are met this year no problems.

Nothing left to complain about. That is why there are so few posts lately on this site.

Thank you for giving me the chuckles first thing on a Monday morning.
Despite what they tell you, at under 10% of the market, Zeus won't be squat. It will definitly get some play, but good god, put down the hose that you are drinking the kook-aid from, unless your post was sarcastic. In that case you rule!!

Zeus launch is similar to Besivance: try to pump up a skeptical sales force and make them believe that this product is really great. When bonus structure is revealed most reps will realize that it is way to aggressive to get close to making some money. Many reps will fail to achieve bonus level on the new [insert product name here] and the company will claim that it must be the rep's fault. Market share will struggle and a vicious circle will ensue.

Thank you for posting this. There is so much more to B&L than Zeus - this is one tiny little thing out of the thousands of products and SKUs within this company.
