all I want for xmas is, all the new corporate big pharma loving creeps who have taken over Astellas to leave. RSD's should not have favorites and should support everyone. Also, way too many field rides with our managers. You are changing the character of the job.

Why don't you leave then? The job is easy when you have a product like Lexiscan in your bag however when you have to work hard you blame the products. Look in the mirror and you will see the problem. A true salesperson can sell any product. Vibativ and Vaprisol are hospital products that take effort. Go sell in community care where all you need is a good RAM to be successful.

I understand where you are coming from.I use to be like you.You also sound like you may be new to this company.If you have been here for a while you have seen this company go in a complete wrong direction.We do not get paid much more than community care to compensate for the extreme difficult process in selling both Vaprisol and Vibativ.Selling these drugs makes the job much less attractive.

Poor baby. You have a job making 6 figures in an economy with a 10% unemployment rate. You are whining and complaining about this during your nearly 2-week company holiday shut down. Go talk to some of your friends who have been laid off, and maybe you will have second thoughts about how unattractive your job is.

I think most of us have seen better times in this once great place to work. The infusion of big pharma managers and employees has made this company exactly the same as the place they were running from. The vision of these people has become very narrow. No need to curse.

I agree! This place was great when it was 2 small companies being run by themselves. Put them together and add a bunch of J&J/Pfizer has been douche bags and it becomes "Something Different from the Start" or Astellas as we know it!!! Yes I realize that Pharma has changed alot and we as an organization need to keep pace with these changes, but look around people!!! Look at the complete morons and wastes of life that are your directors/managers. Run for the FUCKING hills!!! Sorry for cursing, but this place is so FUCKED up that a catholic priest would drop an F bomb if he saw what was going on!!
