All I hear are the negatives. There must be some positives about working at ISRG??

I know in general, cafepharma is going to bring out the negatives for every company but what are the positives of working here? I know several good people who've been there for a while and seem to love it.

The workd wide meetings are typically a blast.
Lots of fun and sun and golf.
The comany prides itself on helping the team hit the new quarter rested and rejuvenated.
Especially after the big haul of bonus

The money can still be better then average. You will have the chance to learn a lot, both good and bad on how to conduct business. Your clinical knowledge will grow if you a self lead.

With all of that said, the culture is so toxic it is not worth working here.
