On the world mental health day, Alisha wants you to know that while her sales force languishes in slowing sales, worsening Vum coverage and unattainable goals, she will be alright. She realizes that huge cuts to TBM bonuses are hard for reps but that she has the courage and foresight to raise drug prices in advance of this. This will allow the company to hit AOP targets even as growth slows thus allowing management to still get paid while not having to pay reps which will help to console Wall Street. Many will call this unfair but they are people who just haven’t learned how to dance with change yet
 


















Alisha is a fucking idiot. How she’s still standing after everything that has gone down on her watch is crazy. What’s one positive thing that she’s overseen? This will be one more example of Biogen taking care of VPs and above while shitting in the majority of their employees.
 






Her care equals the amount of $$$ she can suck outta the system. Nothing wrong with that... she's just being a corporate thug is all, right?

But her constant cheating, lying, back stabbing, corporate stealing, and honestly weak performance (I mean what has she done...??). Honestly pathetic and weak performance. Nothing good has come out of her. If she had done her job, even with half a brain of a normal person, Adu would have now been covered by CMS. But everyone knows how she sabotaged it due to pure stupidity and incompetence.... just air headed decision... one after the other.
