Alirocumab/REGN727 interviews

Former Sanofi rep here - first live interview coming up for the Alirocumab/REGN727 position. I have a job currently that I'm not unhappy with. Current salary and benefits also decent. No complaints. Got a recruiter call and was curious. What would compel me to consider Regeneron? What's the company culture like? I did great at SA - national/international award winner, but obviously, I'll only be co-marketing with SA.
Any current Regeneron reps out there that regret a recent move? Any that are glad they made the move? Thanks for the insights.

Before you get to pumped up about moving. I doubt SA is going to let you move easily to Regeneron since they are going to co-promote. If 727 does not go well Regeneron does not have as many products or avenues as SA. Be careful. The drug has not been approved yet.

Can't you read dip shit? The first words are "former sanofi rep". Go back to sleep.

If you read your HR separation documents whether you were terminated, left on your own, laid off, there is a two year window that either company can say pass on that person. It is a co promote. It is not a non compete. Ask your recruiter.besides Sanofi is going to be the lead dog in this fight anyway. That is why Regeneron ask if you have ever co promoted a product. sanofi does not ask that question.

I've been away from SA for a number of years. No worries on the copromote. Just curious if it's worth leaving my current position. Getting hired to sell a drug that hasn't been approved yet is a bit risky. Nothing is guaranteed.

does that apply to Genzyme?

I am new on board. Very excited for the opportunity. Actually just left a job that i really like, with a great manager and great products. The money is what pulled me in. The future products. Stock managers love Regeneron. The potential for growth is great.

I wouldn't leave a job you like, a manager you like, and good products. That's utopia!
