FAS personel will really be motivated to push through so that the reps can earn more than them. Craziest thing I have ever witnessed. I asked my interviewer what preperations would be required for FAS before launch and the list was endless. I then asked the same for sales and she said study and prepare to sell. The low ball FAS offers will only get them average at best candidates. Those with skills no better than to go for this kind of money.

Give me a break $125? This company has serious balls. The only reimbursement people they will get are retreads, out of work or desperate people. Who is the cheap scumbag who approved this and wasted my time and effort. Nothing like having us prepare a ton of work last minute and then cheaping out on us. I told them to gour get their people from india.

That's the biggest joke of all. The company says 40 bonus "at target". Every company says that. Trust me, the top achievers will be lucky to earn that as there will not been huge bonuses here with so many divisions. It just won't happen. This isn't a small biotech company of a 100 reps where that would be possible. If you need the job and can deal with micromanagement and big pharma, then reluctantly take it. Otherwise, think very carefully before you decide to take the job.

Agree 100%!! So frustrating to see the entitled disgruntled people spewing their nasty and often incorrect comments. This is a really good company with an exciting pipeline. Big picture thinkers will see the upside of this opportunity!

Oh give us all a break. Man really. Can you be more transparent Mr. Manager? It will be quite hilarious as we see the comments evolve over the next 4 months. No launch ever goes well when there are reps from two separate companies. This will be such a cluster.
 












Seriously if at all possible, where have all you people come from that a 125K base salary is so low? I know what people make and yes we all know someone that hit the jackpot with certain jobs and salaries but for the most part 125K is a high salary to be a sales rep. Total Comp, some do better but you have to grind it out everyday, this is base salary we're talking! If 125K is no good for you please move on. There are highly trained scientists and architects and teachers and fireman and engineers that all work harder and are smarter than all of us sales reps who earn half that for twice the work, wake the fuck up people.
