Just curious since it was not a complete cash buyout- what happened to stocks owned by employees. Did they get full cash pay or they got equivalent of Astra Zeneca stocks?
Someone was telling me at a Director level one could have made 1/2 a million just in stocks alone. Hard for me to believe

Folks will easily have a 1/2 million at director level, Alexion give out a ton of RSU at all levels every year, approx $100k per year at that level vesting over 4 years, so assume someone who has been there for 4 years will be carrying approx $300k of stock on average, then a 170% buyout price.

Stocks converted to AZ shares with slightly accelerated vesting, most folks I know also got retention package
