I have never seen more false arse kissing in my life. I have never seen more silos in my entire career. I have never seen more check the box step over the next guy and Squeeze the neck culture all tied up in a pink baby shower gift box.

there is a tremendous amount of fake here. Also over the shoulder approach. Always they are looking over your shoulder.

it’s like there is no trust at the TOP so there will never be a trusting spot on the bottom.

And the weirdest part here is there are so many professional ass kissers here. I am fairly new. Is this what they fire or build or both.
