they have ribbons and bows draped everywhere. They have more worthless bloated salary headcount to look so structured.

they need little of all that. It’s technology and price. Then price again.

Alcon has more internal employees trying to fit in the salesman’s bag just to look a certain way.

It’s a sham. It’s a cash self pay business! All this global this global that. All these programs and people calling every week to work with the field.
Go away! Pay me more and lose all this fluff crap.
