What happened to Castle's BCBS of Alabama status? Months of saying they were going to be in network 'soon', it apparently happened at some point, and now they are no longer in network?
Castle happened. Just like everything else, they don't follow up. Why LP the greatest sales human being ever, why could he just not have walked in and sold the state on castle? Why? Oh because LP is a sack of crap, and Rob has no clue.
All that to say this. You have been Castled. Do not look to Castle to work too hard on fixing this either. They don't know how.
