Does anyone know what happened to the rep in Alabama? "Steve" or "Sid" I think? I heard he was a great rep, hit his numbers, sold robots, etc......but left/fired after like 18 months I think? I may be interviewing and don't want to get caught in a firestorm......Thanks!!

No one last more than 18-24 months in this company. They eat you up here. Their Culture is a cancer.

Thank you for the response but I was hoping to get a little more insight on the Manager in Alabama--Luke Leonard (I think) and the regional, and the area, etc. And if anyone knows if it was the rep, the manager, or the market? Thanks again!!

Yeah, you all are correct. Sid did leave--or rather he was forced to leave. I know for a fact he was hitting his number(s)--I've seen his bank account. And I know he has the final and mabye only piece in getting 2 new robots at St. Vincent's last year--The Uro's there (who I work closely with) told me the whole story. The manager is the problem there.

BINGO! I heard the same thing. The manager is the problem in that area! If he makes his number this year, it will be because his reps are good and Intuitive has no competitors for a few more years.

I am not surprised SG didn't make it. One of his former colleagues pre Intuitive said he was dead weight. She said he talked the talk but was lazy.

You're a complete and total idiot. So what you're saying is someone can make their number quarter after quarter at the all empowering Intuitive and be dead weight at the same time! What a reflection that is on this company. I went through a month of Intuitive Training Hell with Sid and he was anything but dead weight. If you're telling me his territory was succeeding because of Sid's manager, you're still striking out. If you work for Intuitive, when's the last time your manager did anything to help your business? It's all about the reps and working your ass off until you're married to the job.
