AL.com buries the lead!

BCS computer rankings would have Alabama No. 5 right now

1. Florida
2. Notre Dame
3. South Carolina
4. West Virginia
5. Alabama

Yeah strength of schedule is really killing us so far. BAMA cannot help the fact that other teams are totally imploding before we play them. We still have some solid games coming up. I think Tennessee at Neyland will play us hard as well as LSU at LSU and whoever is in the SEC Championship Game (South Carolina or Florida). It definitely is a tougher schedule than Boise has had in the past few years. We do have that one extra game called the SEC Championship as well!

Look for another SEC v SEC National Championship. That will send yankees off the deep end.

I am going to laugh my ass off if Bama gets beat by one of these B-rated teams that they play during the regular season. If not, wait until they meet the Oregon Ducks in the bowl games. Sabin will walk off the field in tears.

Thanks for the prediction. Now we know that Alabama will win.

Still a lot of football to be played. As for the Gators, I do not see them going undefeated or making the championship game. And for the record, I am a Gator fan.

They have a tough game coming up with South Carolina. That and the Florida-Georgia game is always a bitch for both teams. If the Gators can survive these 2, we may be undefeated. I'm not holding my breath.

Oregon Vs. BAMA in the National Championship? Hell yeah! We have seen this game before (Auburn Vs. Oregon & LSU Vs. Oregon). Once again a flashy spread offense will get beat down by a superior defense. BAMA might not have a great offense but the defense scores more points sometimes than the offense. I know what you are already going to say, "But Bamaboy this is a different Oregon team!"

I don't know Pale, I think that if we have another SEC Vs. SEC NC then the yankees will have to go and form their own league. Baseball season is not over so we have not heard their bitching yet.

Mizzou is a very mediocre team this year. Particularly with their starting QB gone. Not impressive at all. So let's see if they can hold their own against the highly acclaimed crimson snide. Tomorrow will be very interesting day. Finally we will begin to separate the wheat from the chaff and get a myopic glimpse of who really belongs in the top 5.

So far in 2012 Oregon has beaten each their opponents by an average of more than 4 touchdowns. My guess is that they'd beat the crimson snide by 17 points.

Mizzou's starting center is also out for tomorrow. Sure you still want to pick Mizzou for tomorrow? Oregon has a great offense but have not faced a top defense. There are no truly dominant teams week in and week out this year. Just about every NC winner in the past few years has some close games during the season.

That's not what you have been saying. You always belittle the team Bama plays right before they play them.

I never claimed that Mizzou was a powerhouse football team. I only said that I have watched them over the years and like them. Mizzou is 3-3 and got beat by Georgia and So Carolina bad. Vanderbuilt beat them too. They've only beaten shitty teams. So Mizzou sucks. But regardless, I still like them.

Does that clarify my position for ya???
