It was not too long ago AIT wanted to KMA (kick Millenium's ass). looks like now Doc E is once again kicking AIT's ass. Forced recognition of former CEO, CIO in less than two years. His fancy new board is quickly making drastic changes. Cutting costs by cutting head count and clients. Eliminating vital resources for employees, clients and reps. What debt does Doc have? He doesn't own the company, he made his money when he sold it to the employees.

"Industry Leaders?" The CEO and CIO were not not industry leaders, they were poseurs. If they were leaders they wouldn't have mismanaged the company into the state of debt it is in now. If you are an employee now, get out as soon as you can. Doc has nothing to lose since the company is an ESOP. Ironic how Doc always touted the book "How the Mighty Fall."

We can give cups for free because AIT doesn't expect a certain percentage of cups to be returned back to the lab. Has AIT ever told a client they couldn't receiv more cups because they were not sending in enough specimens?

The contracted HR group is doing very well. Providing some much needed leadership and structure. A good decision on Doc's part.

The HR group (Apex) is a bunch of stupid bitches Noone at the company can stand them. They don't know their place and the are rude and mean to employees. The execs know...they are just keep them around to get through open enrollment. Bunch of fuckers. They will be gone after the new year because they think they are better then everyone.
