He must be getting at least a 10% cut from the sales reps salary. All contract company exec team, mgmt, recruiters and admin salaries are from the sales rep salaries. Janssen does not pay Ari to be CEO of his own company.
 






gotta give the thief some credit. he and the many fake internal positions are the only winners. the manufacturers lose because contact reps ignorantly think they are being underpaid so they barely work and poison morale. the contact rep loses because a big part of their pay is taken to cover the generous salaries of the exec team, admin and overall business operations. how can we get rid of contract companies and move them out of the way so that direct positions can open up again.

Do you realize what IQVIA is? The contract pharma piece is a drop in the bucket for the company, and not even what they're known for. They are predominantly R&D and now also the data people. 55,000+ employees globally in over 100 countries. What is the proper compensation for such a monumental position?
The direction pharma is going, there will only be more contract reps as manufacturers don't want to invest in, and then potentially pay hefty severances out to direct hire reps when layoffs are needed. I am rep with IQVIA, having worked for them off and on for 10 years. Salaries may not be the top, but these days, even manufacturers aren't paying the big salaries anymore. But if you're not happy at IQVIA, you're always free to leave.
