Age of hires

I am interviewing with this division, is age a factor? In my low 50's with many years of medical sales experience but finding during interviews with many companies that age is a factor. No bs please.

I doubt age will matter if you have solid GI experience, or something related.

Really depends on the position as well, not with age, but with regards to the experience you may have.

Age is not a factor. My only advice is to reach out to people on linkedin and do not rely on this message board.

I agree.. Age disriminaion is at its highest point ever.. Irony is that experienced reps will be more critical than ever as they have the business modeling experience with csuite and MM people
