They're just containing the salaries, happens in all departments of the company. If you go younger you save money. Sally's first question is usually "Is so and so in a protected class?" when they're plotting to push you out or otherwise screw you. Seems like HR is only afraid of over 50 for males and non-minority females. (which is probably why you can count the minority females hired on one hand) Surely that's why they start clipping people in their 30's and early 40's. We need a nice successful class action for the hundreds of people victimized in the under 50 category. Anyone game?
