We want to thank you all for your patience while we researched the cause of the issue, as well as repaired the reporting so that this mistake doesn't happen again. Or, at least if it does happen that the field isn't aware of it.
After diligent and thorough research and analysis, we have determined the following
The glass is NOT in fact half full or half empty. We mis-calculated the glass, and it is 1/4 full (or 3/4 empty for pediatric reps) and 1/3 full (or 2/3 empty for adult reps)
