I am coming after next Onyx next....

I will fire most of you or replace you with finance people I trust...especially all you worthless commercial people.

Good drugs sell themselves. No skill needed. Soon, I will have enough Amgen finance people in commercial to stop commercial and R&D overspending. Your jobs are so easy that we can outsource it as long as my finance people can over see the work. It ain't rocket science.

Sure we are...well I'll take my couple of million keep collecting a paycheck from Amgen and laugh my way to retirement. BTW you sold GCSF i.e. primary care oncology that literally sold itself...with the help of arm twisting contracting methods that got you a CIA or two...Any who go away troll we built something, sold it for $11B and made many of us millionaires...wtf did you do?

B and C players who can't sell? That's funny as none of us would even take a phone call from Amgen(and yes we get them all the time...apparently turnover is an issue at Amgen) but then they hear what we make and realize they are way out of contention. So your sorry company is forced to hire primary care reps from big pharma which screams C- players. Oh the other thing for most of us this isn't our first big buyout...so while you keeping hoping for one we are sitting on a couple of million...if that's a b and c player in your book you may want to look into the mirror and then into your portfolio...A players have it, B players wish they did but blame circumstance, C players just work at Amgen...

After Amgen cuts 15%-30% of their own workforce in the next 6 months, they will start preparing to layoff between 30-50% of Onyx. Better start looking for new jobs now.

Onyx and Amgen OBU will be combined after sales force integration. The massive Amgen layoffs will also affect Onyx as well but to a lesser extent since Onyx isn't as "fat" as Amgen is.

Thanks Captain Obvious! What will you tell us next? That the sun will rise tomorrow? First if you knew anything you wouldn't be posting it here. This is merely your opinion, which is fine and not far fetched. But again you are stating an opinion based on your deduction and not based on fact or insight.

Why would Amgen want to integrate Onyx and have Kyprolis fall under the Amgen CIA? Not going to happen. Onyx will remain a subsidiary and not be rolled in to the OBU so long as the CIA is on place for no other reason than it makes sound business sense. If it didn't they would have rolled Onyx in last October. I know dummy...business is tricky.

Onyx will fully integrate into Amgen by next Feb. Any TO based oncology professionals will relocate to SSF if they are not axed in AFP.

The final leg of your end will be here shortly.

Agree with home office onc people being relocated to SSF or be laid off, not going to integrate the sales forces while Amgen is under a CIA.

There are four more drugs coming though so who cares if Vectibix goes to Onyx?

Onyx will be the therapeutic oncology and launch division. Amgen will be the supportive care division. Already in motion. Amgen wants to be able to launch the new Onc drugs not under the CIA. The OIG has agreed that Onyx, as a subsidiary, is not tied to Amgen's CIA.

Will an Onyx field force launch both Blinatumumab and Tvec? Does that mean the Amgen commercial staff on those products will be joining as Onyx employees or will they give those products to current Onyx employees and fire or redistribute current Amgen commercial staff (Global marketing, US Marketing, and Reimbursement and Access).
