Hey everyone, I just heard that previous Ameritox reps were asked to sign some bull*hit non-compete with Aegis, and a bunch of people walked. Is this true?
Yes, we flew over to Nashville and had to sign within days of losing our job at ameritox. It’s complete BS- a group of us are about to jump ship bc it’s not what we signed up for- goals are insane and impossible to meet comp goals
They got us to sign a non-compete and continue to pay us less and less. It should be illegal for them to try to control us. This is not what I signed up for. We should ALL resign and they would go bankrupt!
Thank you, next. Time to walk

I agree! I definitely made the wrong choice. How long do you think Aegis has?
You all had a choice. None of you were "forced" to sign anything. Without Aegis you'd have been flat on your asses with no job. You should be thankful for what you have. Go kick rocks if you don't like it here.

Oh poor you. You all got a great deal. Huge raise for 2 years getting to count all your business as new. Meanwhile us legacy reps got pay cut right away yet carried the entire company by landing accounts while you all had so much stress "converting" business.. really tough work. Now suddenly when your "new business" is timing out, your all butthurt getting paid same commission as the rest of us. Cry me a river. You crybabys got the best deal possible. I agree you should walk...
Could not agree more. Tell it like it is! The Zieglets should be thankful
