Such a shame to lose a great director. AE will be missed by ALL. Yes, let's see who will be put into the position. WAKE UP leadership...you are losing GREAT people. Say and act like you want, this is NOT good for a new product launch. SAD.
 










































Could this be a trend??? Tony C. in Albany cared about his people and fought for what was right, AE the same. Interesting. Congrats to both! I'm sure people are taking a hint...if resumes are not already out, they will be now!
 






It isn't just caring about their people. They believed in them and built them up. They both looked for a rep's strengths and helped them become even better at what they do using those strengths. They are true sales people, through and through. The last few months have unfortunately seen good people go.
 






Well said! They are true sales leaders. That's why they left. Don't you know, it's not sales or leadership here it's ...Do as I say and don't dare ask any questions. Reach and frequency on terrible data, 4 pharmacy calls per day, blah, blah, blah. It's time to put out the resume.

Everyone knows that R&F went out in the early 90's. Leaders that don't know what they are doing, lead by fear! It is an ego driven mindset used when one is incompetent. Just think about some of the "green" dm's you have worked for in the past. Experienced, smart leaders recognize incompetence early and get out! Take a look at some of the leaders that have left from different departments in a few months, I can count 9 and 3 have been moved to "unimportant" positions. I think that we may be the dumb ones that continue to work for this rehab attending, stripper marrying, ignorant group of losers! Shame on HB for such bad judgment! If Mylan isn't sinking fast , it is in the least becoming the laughing stock of pharma due to it's scumbag leadership! We should all polish up the old resume and get out!
 






HB and the Mlyan crew must not have a clue as to how bad this "specialty" division really is. What a joke! Let's keep getting one new crew of poor leaders after another and keep watching good people leave. This seems drastically different from the real Mylan. Over there, you hear of their leaders and all employees being around for 10 and 20 years. What's the average time of employment here? We will have yet another NSM coming soon. Let's sit in our seats, AGAIN, and listen:"Well I've been here two months, I've been here 5 months, I've been here 6 months". agree with all. and why is the BEST sales guy in the company not in sales anymore?? BW is by far the best and now he is in MM. Oh yeah I forgot that they needed to make room for JY. With the TS hire and the missteps with BS and DH why in the hell isn't KA gone????? Put play boy Jay in the west and give us BW back!!!!!!!!

Old Middlebrook employee here. I am sorry to hear that your company has inherited the same group of losers that drove Middlebrook into the ground. If you read the Middlebrook threads you will see all the same parallels. High quotas, low or nonexistent commissions and a leadership that was too busy feeding their egos by sleeping with all the 'hot chicks' to effectively run a company. I feel bad for everyone of you. Get your resumes out and never look back. These guys are bad news and will run Mylan into the ground. They have never been successful before so ask yourselves why would they have success now?

this is pure bullshit. NO ONE did more for reps and DM's than BW. I have been there and have seen it with my own eyes. If you put down what BW did for the sales force then you're absolutely oblivious to his impact. Now get fucked!!!
