For a company that purchased 2 buildings to house virtual sales teams and hyped virtual interactions as the wave of the future...Absolutely hysterical now that they are "on the cutting edge" of sales by copying other vaccines companies model. Give me a break. Completely trash company that duped the current administration and public into believing they actually gave a sh!t about the health and safety of the planet. $100+ Billion in revenue last year, c'mon man.

This new expansion and sales structure will implode within 2 years. It’s insane the number of new territories created. Worst idea ever.

Absolutely. Completely unnecessary and will result in downsizing. Shared decision making for RSV adult, RSV maternal may not even get any reco with premature births a major concern, Covid is over and who wants a mRNA flu vaccine? Glaxo likely to get the penta market. Question is in two years from now will the new larger peds territory stay in place and the two smaller adult territories be dissolved, leaving 4-5 reps per district.
 




















Met the contract rep for Paxlovid at an office. She was clueless. I ask her about her background said she was working at the mall before she was hired. You have got to be kidding me

No, it's the wave of the future. Many of those contract reps were downsized from here, GSK and others. And from what I've heard, leadership at those companies make it abundantly clear that certain call metrics must be met, or there is an excellent chance that their contract will be cut. Now, compare that attitude to what we see here! Ive got counterparts that coach their kids sports teams, and can not "work" (aka sample drop) past 2p in the winter and spring seasons. I know a rep that is a realtor. Another runs some sort of small business from her home that requires that she be "available for clients" during the day. Honestly, do these people not realize that everyone is on to their game? They're proving that we dont need an army of reps making $85-$140k that work 4 hours a day, tops.
The contract rep business model is only going to flourish from here on out, I think. That's not good news for us.
