As many people have said.........get rid of management like KS. He spends mre time chasing tail than anything else. Also, any company that has their sales reps spending more than 10% of their time with paperwork is doomed for failure. I'm sure our resident company cheerleader will be responding soon.
 



So entering your pipeline, call notes and doing your expenses takes you too much time??? Do us a favor and leave before you get fired. You are lazy and useless. The bottom line is no one is making you stay. Quit your bitching and go flip burgers.

And whoever the KS hater is doesn't know squat. You don't like him because he has high expectations? Get real.

boo hoo, you have to do some actual admin work to help move the company forward. It's not that tough. Quit bitching and go find a 10-2 Pharma contract gig already. You are pathetic.

Day a week for admin??? Damn you must be on the fast track cake eater. In our area, no days for admin. Expected at night. 2 team calls a week, 2 One on one calls (1/2 hour and Hour) weekly. Corporate role play calls and modules. Oh yeah, work in the field also.

Unfortunately leadership has never sold. Just like dictating.

Good job, unrealistic expectations.

Go team go! Yay for conference calls to discuss business plans and how to do better! Who would have thought a company trying to grow would ever have those? It's such a crazy idea!
