Who thought is was appropriate to have us in a room while sales won contest for 90 days 15k- 2k trips, bravos points. When my crap bonus for a whole year is significantly less then their contest award. WTH leadership is clueless.

Nurses are NOT in Sales and are NOT under the sales umbrella......didn't they tell you this when you were hired??....yet, you are paid to sit at home and do computer and phone call work making MUCH more than a hospital nurse....stop whining....from a nurse.

Yes I make more then when I worked in hospital setting but I also didn't have my MBA and decades of industry experience.
I could sell if I choose. But I agree with above. We are not sales but don't have nurses present for constest awards. Our ALPS act like bravo points are paid personally by them. When our bonuses for an entire year are less then a contest when I am the only one pulling thru every commercial script fill. 10 missed fills @ approx 100k is 1 miillion and that is every week or more And my bonus for full year is 9k when I am responsible for commercial fill for millions of dollars NO WHINING PSL. no commercial fill. ha The oversold, over promised hub will get that all on their own joke! . Failing patients one hub at a time. Leadership thinks we are dumb and can not see thru their incompetence. How many managers have you had ?

I don't know about y'all but this reply is obviously from someone in leadership at HQ that thinks all we do is sit at home calls and computer work. And we keep asking why PSL's are not respected
