I think JT is the textbook ZD that more managers should strive to be like. He is such a good person and role model. Always thinking about his RDs and how great they can be when they roll out his plan to the reps. Each POA he comes up with more awesome ideas that the reps can start implementing in the field. Not to mention having multiple reports to keep track of who is not living up to the fantasy. Sarcasm you say??? Yeah, I'm laying it on pretty thick.

I have been reading these for 4 years, I dont work for JT...but from everything I have heard and in some cases seen...a bigger AHole we dont have....why is he still here doing this shit to people? does HR not care how much he costs us in $$ and morale? until reps in that zone speak up (other than on here) he is staying...way to close to GC
