Okay I know you will probably say "run for the hills" or " don't take a job here...." "blah, blah, blah". But I have some questions I would love to have you guys answer if possible about different benefits.

1) How is the medical benefits? Is there a lot of out of pocket expenses?
2) Does Shire give you a cell phone or do they reimburse you? If so how much?
3)Do they pay for home internet and or a business phone line?
4) Are the bonuses realistic?
5) Are there new company car choices? Or is it the Mazada 5/6 and Fusion?
6) How much vacation time do you get with Shire? Does the company shut down during Christmas Time like some others?


Please help me out here! And I am sure if you answer these questions anyone else that sees these will answers will not ask again.

1. Excellent medical benefits with minimal out of pocket expense.
2. Allowance for phone-varies by zone but I think it's up to $180/month for phone and internet.
3. same for internet, no home line
4. The examples and averages they'll feed you are BS but you can make money.
5. Sounds right
6. I don't know how much vacation the company is starting new employee's with these days
but they don't shut down for the holidays. I'm guessing 2 weeks and you work up to 5 weeks after 10 years. 10 use em or lose em sick days. 2 personal days and 10 company holidays.
 






























Training is about a week of home study and then 2 weeks at home office. But that was before the launch of Intuniv, so home study may be longer - not sure though. Excellent training program and the company is solid!
