Acthar Positions

125k-155k base, Volvo (smaller one, but still Volvo) and 4 weeks. Good luck, best division in the company.

Seriously 125k-155k? Is that including the 65k uncapped bonus? I am in the beginning stage of interviewing as well and if your base is 125k-155k then I low balled myself way too much. I figured the base and bonus to equate that salary amount but not just in base alone.

As for the car, that makes sense having a Volvo. Guess no American car here.

You should openly discuss your concern about the pay. The range is high, but it's an important division. 125-155k is the base, plus 65k target bonus which is uncapped. I've made 150k in a year in bonus here. Good luck to you.

The 2016 base with Mallinckrodt for a rep. is now only $110k plus $65k in bonus (if you can make your number). There is no clinical data (limited data if you are in Neurology) and every patient needs to go through a Prior Authorization process which is always denied. Afterwards, the office submits a Letter of Medical necessity for the First Appeal. Once that is denied and IF it makes it through the Second Appeal process, the normal copay amount is $5k - $7k ($40k per vial). Most patients then need to fill out paperwork for Copayment Assistance. Afterwards the patient is on a Waiting List for Copayment Assistance. It takes about 3 months for a prescription to go through.
