Actemra layoffs?

Heard the Actemra sales pajama posse will be gone by the end of the year. To few accounts per rep and limited access means no need for these losers. Word is drug will shift to Rituxin sales force since they know the market and how to sell to the Rheums.

The gal in my area is a head case. She talks non-stop. The accounts hate her. I don't want her gone!! I love the rituxin guys! They are great!

The real problem here is that the brand leadership sucks fudge dragons. The brand team was alright long ago when SS was there, because he knew his stuff. New lady, over-glorified secretary, who is in WAY over her head. I worked with her tangentially in the past on a different brand, and she was marginal at best.

Will senior leadership realize this and act upon it? Nope. Nobody had the bollocks to say/do anything. We won't make numbers and they will blame it on the sales force...as usual, instead of tackling the problem.

Being at GNE for 3 years, and coming from another medium sized biotech company, I can say, with 100% certainty, middle-management is horrible. I guess they were promoted too quickly up the chain, and never had time to become "wise".
