There isn’t a “minimum” salary for Act II. You will see a 6-10% increase in pay (give or take). It also depends on how the company does and what you’re currently making.
Hopefully you have been sucking up to the manager. Its a well known favorites game.
So you obviously are a rep who is brainless. Managers have no say in ACT raise amounts. The % increase varies every year based on current competitive representative salaries in the industry. And it depends on what your current salary is too. The above post about 6-10% is somewhat accurate. I’ve seen as little as 5% and as high as 17% for someone who was extremely low.
