Not sure what Aquire means? Maybe that's a dumb fuck Sequenom reps word for 'be bought', because that's exactly what is your fate.

Sequenom acquiring someone right now is about as likely as Bioreference stopping shady sales behavior. Not gonna happen.

The fate of the 540 patent is in the hands of the supreme court. It is valid in Europe, you'd think the US would do the same. Waiting any day now whether or not they deny or hear the case. A buyer could come in now and low ball a takeover price as a gamble or wait to see what scotus does.
