ACLASTA, how do you sell it?

Canada does not have False Claim Act and it has true "free" market for pushing drugs and other shit. Aclasta has special safety warning from their FDA called Halth Protection Branch. In spite of this their reps push the drug beyond all limittations they should obey as per the fed authority. What really works for them is bribery; This is how it works; the doctor is asked to "request" an "educational grant" with special letter Novartis Ca. has designed to cover every angle of illegality. This grant/bribe is a payment for doctors' use of Aclasta by injecting it at their offices. To increase the number of patients reps are told by some of their managers to personally call patients and ask them to come to such and such doctor's office for injections. This when doctor does not have time, does not want to or is embarrassed to go after patients to come for treatment. Imagine, asking doctors for personal info of patients with bone problems (or not) to call them at home re their illness. Would something like this be possible in America? If yes, you are free to suggest this to the NJ HQ and if they go for it, you may get a huge bonus and promotion. But be careful, with your FCA in force such abuse would be an ideal case for some smart whistleblower to get the evidence and do the right thing. Well you can still suggest this to set them up.If they go for it, you collect the evidence and you blow the whistle and do the right thing thus may get rich with the award from DOJ. Unfortunately in Canada they can not do this and that country's affiliate is getting away with proverbial murder. As is the case in many countries around the world. Now you now why your USA based Co is such a crook even in spite of FCA watching them.
