Seriously, this has to be a joke. You send us $100 worth of crap electronics for little apparent reason but continuously remind us that we need to cut costs. This has got to be a joke. Thanks but I'll take my previous cell phone or broadband reimbursement back instead please.
 















Cut costs. Here some stuff. No metrics. Get me 8 and 4. Get modules done by. 30th. Better have them done before poa. Fuck it. Talk is cheap and that's all they do. There's plentyof other examples. I'm just not going to waste my time.
 



Ex oncology Eisai’er here and I can tell you that Eisai is the worst. Do not buy into the “every company is the same” BS. They are not. Look at all the drug companies on CP which is not close to being all of them. Most of the Big Big Pharmas are similar but there are scores of smaller drug and biotech’s out there that still treat reps like adults and like professionals. Do not allow Eisai to brainwash you into believing that all companies are operating like this and you should feel blessed to have a job. It is a lie.

The reorg is almost upon us. Talk to your peers. Reps being fired on a weekly basis all around the country. Others leaving as soon as they have secured other employment. It's happening people, just as predicted. Reorg coming up. Be prepared. 50% downsizing.

Of course Eisai is lying and you're an bumbling idiot if you believe them. Buying into the idea that 'every company operates this way' is a cowardly rationalization people accept because rejecting it allows them to remain stagnant, lazy and submissive. And these so called leaders just feed off the fact that their victims just fall in line.
