Accurate CSR comp levels?

Spoke with ISG regarding a CSR role. In regards to comp I was told the following:

CSR 75k base, 178k at target earnings

Senior CSR $210k target earnings

Are these numbers accurate? Was told most reps were in that 150-170 range

The above is accurate. Sales ops reports that greater than 60% of Salesforce achieved quota last two years.
