Acclarent: why so hard to convert ENTs from traditional surgery

Considering the fact that we are $150 million dollar company you should probably rephrase your question. Or reconsider the facts.

My question was not meant as criticism of the company; Acclarent reps have told me their biggest competition is traditional surgical technique. This was a serious question as to why there is any reluctance to use Acclarent.

Ok. Misinterpreted, sorry about that. My opinion is the folks that haven't adopted is because of a lack of head to head data, late adoption, more medical management based practice vs. surgical options. It's a challenge for certain these days.
