Was offered an interview with acclarent in a large city. Wondering why current rep seem to think the sky is falling? What is true comp opportunity? Salary expectations?

Currently making just 120k yr and looking for true opportunity to make 150k-200k.

RUN! It is a JNJ device company and a complete mess. Great if you are just starting out but if you have some experience you will lose your mind working in the Credo based destruction.
 
















I would be essentially just starting out, as I'd be new to surgical devices. If comp is an improvement I'm not sure I'd feel the same as existing reps who seem down on the company after J&J took over.

What exactly has gone wrong at Acclarent that is upsetting existing reps?

Actually no, original poster here. Just trying to get some basic information on how much money I can make at acclarent from current reps. Recruiter says 200k, is that accurate?

If so, I don't understand what's wrong with this job?
 








They just had 33 people displaced. You are being contacted to back fill at less monet than what they just let go. SO NO the recruiter was wrong . ASk for a guarantee ,negotiate , you dont have to take what is offered
