newbie here.... is this all a big joke.... 60% of my offices have told me -only sign 4 samples... and many are getting rid of these altogether! help me the dm is on my back like a chimp
Welcome to the real world! This is not like training. I can't remember the time when I was able to detail or go "coast to coast" on an HCP for more than 3 minutes.
What I do with my DM when I ride with him is to take him to the offices were there are always reps waiting. This kills at least two hours of my day!
Good Luck and hope we are still alive for Vegas baby!

Well if they sign for samples, sounds like a detail and sample to me. Better make sure your DM doesn't expect to "see" those same docs though. Talk to other reps in your territory and figure where the DM "milk run" is.
I have access to 60-80% of docs in my territory ONLY because of relationships that took time to build. For a new rep in my territory access would be like 20% at best.
Pretty good advice from the above poster. The "access challenge" is the job in itself. If you are just seeing the same docs week after week without building your access, you are in serious trouble. You need to invest in your time to see those difficult or no see docs.
If you were one of those difficult to see docs, how would you expect a rep to see you? Start from there.
