No the post is half correct.
If you stay more than a 1 year and a half, you either are an idiot, checked out and apathetic or so lazy you cannot find another job.

As for the illiterate cuz you dont believe posts on cafe pharma? This entire site is full of these type complaints.

If you came here you probably believed those you interviewed with and many who came were sold one thing during interviews only to discover its shit, and hence should leave that part of the post is accurate.
