I was approached by the Otsuka tablet rep and asked to apply. They get a 3K kicker if they recomend you and get hired.
I've heard alot of talk about salary range, like 70-120, but I think it's more like a 100 base, that from the Otsuka rep.
I did apply and passed their little screener. Should be having a phone interview ASAP I'm told. They are emphasizing importance on CMHC experience and buy and bill.
Yeah, ZR is tough, but for all the shit talked on this board I think company culture at Lilly in how we as reps are treated is very different, much better, than other companies.
I applied because I dont know what in the hell we're gonna do after Cymbalta, I'm sure FTE employees will be taken care of, realigned, but to what and where.
I don't want to leave Lilly, but a 40K raise would definetly get my attention.
Go ahead and apply. If you decide you don't want to be around anymore it's better for you and Lilly for you to go. If nothing else, you'll find out what you're worth and might feel better about Lilly.
