I read this and about took a crap on myself. But then i had a strange yet fuzzy feeling. The one that I get once in a blue moon. That feeling of relief when i get one of those snake shaped looking craps that just looks ever soo nice. So then it brings me back to the post. I want in. I need the learn the aqua ways. take me to your leader.
The ways of Aqua are the ways that lead to life eternal. You must always seek to follow the Aqua delivery system. This will enable you to follow your well defined universe, and enable you to have eternal peace. There is no leader here. You are the leader of your own spiritual existence. This is the Aqua way. Aqua is one of the worst choices you could make. The culture is awful and they will fire you for no reason if Ted or Craig don't like you. Upper management stinks........Steve, Roger and Annie are all jokes........they have no business in their roles. Once Almiral looks into how the company is being run, they will be gone. At least that's what we hope. The whole "Aqua Flow" is HR going onto the site trying to wash out posts.
I cannot recommend this company to anyone. So, if you are asking if you should take the job? Only take it if you are desperate and plan to immediately start looking once you accept it.

Embry is a school yard bully. He uses is overweight size to intimidate you.
Roger is a perfect example of the "peter principle". Yay "Team AquaNovartis". Ladies-Be prepared that he might try to flirt with you
Annie is a certifiable loon. She is a brunette Cersei Lannister (Game of Thrones). Of all of the AquaIdiots, she will be the last one standing. My bet is that she will get StevieE wacked in the next two years.
Oh, we can't forget about the HR alchy. Go ahead Lisa and get this post removed. Prove that you have the power.

The Aqua delivery system is what leads you to be able to follow your universe. If you follow your universe, you are able to achieve lasting peace.
Wherever you are, whomever you work for, your universe will always guide you in the direction of truth! Nothing is weird. People are what they accept in their life.

You will be gps tracked. The hiring DSM will downplay this and make up a story telling you that they won't use it unless there is a "problem".
The VP of sales (fat steve) will mirco-manage your work the moment your numbers dip.
He and the managers are quick to place people on a PIP.
The question to ask is why is that territory open?

The facts are that Aqua is not a wonderful place to work and upper management consists of "friends" of Craig that really have no business in their roles. As Almiral takes a more active role, the psycho no talent folks in upper management will be gone.
So, if the job makes sense for you, take it. Just fasten your seat belt because you will soon see some good old fashion "Casa Cleaning".

Ted and Craig will be gone by end of year as stipulated in the sales agreement with our friends from Spain. Maybe we will then assume a more important Role in this space but doubtful. Go to one of the larger Derm companies if you want more security.
