Well, another day has gone by and you have failed again.
How the hell do you run a business successfully when you can provide sales goal when we're half-way through the quarter.
Wake the fuck up, will ya ?
- they're waiting as long as possible to see how quarterly sales incl. wholesaler inventory levels, TRXs, and how GTN is shaping up. Then they'll pin the number on us to deliver 'X' (what they need in order to make their number for the quarter).
- our boss's boss's boss (TG), can't get his arms around any of this, and therefore he can't take to recommended goals to Abhay for approval. And now he's on vacation, AGAIN, until NSM.
Jeez, I wonder if he'll open the NSM with all of the vacation/ boondoggle business trip photos that he's taken since he's been here.

Abhay, you profess your honesty and openness but your actions tell a very different story.
Been in the industry for a long time and seen this many times, usually when a company is in money trouble. Is there way of seeing what u will sell and then putting ur goal just out of reach to avoid having to pay bonus.
As it relates to Sun and this situation, it's a combination of what you described, layered in with just raw 'organizational dysfunction'. Probably 40/60 split on those two.
This is just one small component of Sun's inability to execute on anything. Cannot execute internally, so how can you be successful externally.
You're f-ing up Abhay.
Now be a man and fix it.
Just laughable that this guy is a living disappearing act, never around, never gets anything done.
What could he possibly say at the sales meeting ? He does nothing for us or the business. Seeing he and BU together in person ought to be interesting.
