I am interviewing for a position with Abbott. The salary is quite a bit lower than what I make in human pharma, but I'm so over the constant tightening of regulations on that side that I'd consider making a bit less for fewer headaches.
My main question is: what are your opinions on the abbott products? especially the product orocam? I asked my vet about it, and he said that he didn't think it was something that would recommend. When I asked him why, he said that it was the same as other options that he already had and had experience with. It sounded like a me-too product which is very different from the sales pitch abbott is laying on during interviews.
Any opinions you could share would be appreciated. Thanks. I was on the abbott page, but everyone who posts seems like the misery-crew, so I didn't think I'd get any honest feedback there.
