(Reuters) - Five foreign infant milk formula companies are under investigation by China's top economic planning agency for possible antitrust violations, the Beijing Times reported on Tuesday quoting sources.

The article said Nestle SA, Abbott Laboratories , Mead Johnson Nutrition Co, Danone's Dumex brand and Wyeth Nutrition are under investigation by China's National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) for possible price-fixing behaviour and anti-competitive practices.

No one is saying that isn't the truth but the news still makes me happy. Therefore, in addition to selling to China, when the time comes that AbbVie really starts outsourcing services there to save a buck, they should think twice about the true costs. I suggest they read up on the subject; but with a CEO who may not be able to read, who knows what fun things may happen.
