First things to do day 1 at Abbott for Ford/White once deal closes.
1)review SAP/business objects for lack of performance past 10 years within each region/area
2) ask Mike R where the pictures are kept...how can such a pathetic COO get promoted and waste so much money with so many cronies. it's in the numbers follow the numbers
3) set up a plan to force out the leaches. those that don't care about patients, employees, or mom and pop share holders.
4)get Abbott hr involved.
5) if fail on first 4... prepare DOJ and new York times responses

I have one Changeout but I work for Bio so I will make more on that one case than you do on your 8.
