It's June 12th and deafening silence from home office. I have thoroughly enjoyed the amount of transparency we have received since Stacy took helm. I miss Wickie bucks. :( Ron would've switched from Chardonnay to Cabernet before he treated us this way.
 












This could have been a good company. They have basically missed the mark developing a good culture.
Cadence had a good culture. They should have learned from that team. They adopted all the failed programs from from big pharma that breeds distrust and sarcasm.
It's amazing that all pharma follows the same old outdated model that's been proven a loosing model.
 


















What do you expect to happen? That they are going to announce the layoff and when it will happen? No, you will get an email telling you a conference call time and date. Period. They pretend nothing is going to happen, and they pretend that the sales force is working and doesn't know anything.
 












This is the biggest piece of shit company I've ver worked for. Management is not prepared to run a company. District managers are liars and losers who couldn't sell. This place is a joke. They keep lowering the sales quota because they are clueless!!! Horrible people!!! They belong at Walmart!!! IV Tylenol!! Big fucking deal!

I agree 100%. Mallinckrodt senior management is a complete joke.
