Baxter: Go sell Tisseel. Demonstrate how our 4ml spray coverage is 2x that of Vistaseal.
Rep: Okay so can I get a regulator to demo Tisseel?
Baxter: No. Unless you submit a request to marketing stating why you need it.
Rep - Okay, done. When will I get the regulator.
Baxter - At least 3 months from now the component's are on back order.
Rep (6 mo later) - Thanks Baxter for the regulator but there is no gas tank to run it..
Baxter - lolololo. We don’t provide that you need to figure out where to get medical grade CO2…
Rep - Uh okay. What about 4ml Tisseel Samples those haven’t been stocked on Diamond for over a month…
Baxter - Why do you even need all this stuff. Just go sell against Ethicon 95% compliance agreement on clinical difference.

The problem is made worse when both marketing and CJ refuse to acknowledge how important demo product and samples are to us in the field. They see it as a waste of money so they don't care about it and none of them carried the bag before.
